Resources for Teachers and Tutors: Books that contain lists of words to be used as part of an Orton-Gillingham lesson. These books are valuable resources that help make lesson planning quicker and easier for tutors and teachers.

The original book is wonderful for students just learning the basic sound units while the newer advanced book uses roots and affixes to teach, not only word recognition, but also meanings. This would be appropriate for students who are more advanced.

The funds we get from the selling of these products helps us to continue to bring nationally renown speakers to our two workshops each year.


These funds also help provide scholarships to teachers who take the Orton-Gillingham courses offered in the summer. When we "teach a teacher," we are able to reach many children.
